At this instance, further information will be provided to you. You may take photographs, analize the surroundings, distances and other features.

Selection of a Property and Offer

Once the best alternative has been chosen, an offer is made in writing through a document called RESERVATION RECEIPT under the concept of offer for a sale-purchase. This is a previous requirement for the seller to consider the offer seriously and either accept or reject the same. If accepted, the signature of a reservation deposit will be carried out within a 10-day term by means of which all the terms and conditions of the operation will be agreed upon. If the offer is rejected, you may improve it or request for a reimbursement within the next 24 hours.

Title Deed and Payment

Once the reservation fee is agreed upon by the parties, a joint-agreement term is established for the signature of the property title deeds. This step is carried out before a notary public, who will guarantee the operation that will carry out the corresponding deed according to the regulations in force. The ownership of the property is transferred by this act. At the same time, it must be verified that the property be free from any charges (taxes, services, etc.). Likewise, the notary public will register the property at the Real Estate Property Registry Office to the name of the new title holder. This proceeding generally takes from 30 to 60 days.

Money Transfer

Como modalidad habitual, las operaciones se realizan al contado en dólares estadounidenses. Si es extranjero y el pago sólo puede concretarlo a través de una transferencia desde el exterior, la misma se efectuará por intermedio de las casas de cambio o bancos que perciben un 1 a 1,5 %, y de acuerdo a la ley declaran el ingreso de los fondos al Banco Central de la República Argentina (BCRA).
